if you dont having speaker for your desktop or your laptops speaker are not that loud!
dont worry i found one solution on internet. Besically its an app called SoundWire, which uses wifi technology to transfer sound coming from your desktop to a mobile device, having SoundWire app installed.
SoundWire app is free and also available in paid version.
    Free version has connectivity limitations upto 1 device only, but in paid app these device connectivity limit is upto 20 devices. paid version is come for 260 INR.
   so lest check how actual is that done...
( Before you begin make sure your pc and mobile is connected on same wifi network. )
step 1: Download the free application in the android phone which you want to make a Speaker.

step 2: Download the software installatin file unzip and install the application for your pc.

step 3: open the installed software called SoundWire Server on pc.

you can see the status its disconnected.
Step 4: open the installed soundwire application on your android device.
Step 5: click on sound wire logo showing on the app.(make sure wifi is turned on in android device)
now see the desktop software status is conncted now.

now any music/movie sound is coming from your pc or laptop is comes from android device until the app is disconncted.
if you want to connect multiple android devices then you need paid app which is good but when you connect more than one device the sound is delaid in two devices. so i think free app is good.
